October 15th Yoga in the Park — NO COLD YOGA

Well, we tried 50° outdoor yoga and let me tell you, it’s not great. Mountain pose is a not so steady, shivery shaky move like this shivering gal here.

That said, there will be NO Yoga in the Park this evening. Keep an eye out as we may do some pop ups if we have some warmer days though the end of autumn.
